The title was revealed on 4 February 2020 while announcing the first look release date. Most Eligible Bachelor was initially scheduled to release on 2 April 2020 on the occasion of Ram Navami. However, the release was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was pushed back to January 2021 and was later scheduled to release on April 2021 but in February 2021, the film's release date was announced as June 19, 2021. The second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic hit India and shut down cinemas again, delaying the release again. In August 2021, the film was scheduled to release on 8 October 2021. At the end of September, on the occasion of Dussehra, the release date has been rescheduled to 15 October 2021.
