Runway 34 Movie Story Plot
Runway 34, which was previously titled Mayday, is a “high-octane thriller inspired by true events” and Ajay Devgn’s third directorial venture. The film "is special to me, for more reasons than one," tweeted the actor while sharing the film's poster — the looks of which tell that Devgn and Rakul Preet play pilots.The film is inspired by a real event. The plot revolves around the 2015 aviation accident and subsequent investigation involving Jet Airways Flight 9W 555 from Doha to Kochi. Flight 9W 555 was a Boeing 737-800 aircraft that had a narrow escape on 18 August 2015, after facing difficulties to land at the Cochin International Airport due to bad weather and low visibility at 5:45 in the morning and had to be diverted to Trivandrum International Airport.
